Celebrating 10 Years of Free Summer Tutoring

Rhema Academy is a subsidiary of Rhema Sanctuary that began in 2014 as a small group of dedicated tutors. Rhema Sanctuary is now a professional tutoring agency that has served hundreds of students across Winnipeg. We pride ourselves in being locally owned and staffed and providing exceptional tutoring to meet our students’ diverse needs.

Our tutoring service guarantees the following for our students:

Who Are Our Tutors?

Our tutors are mainly students from university programs with specialties in various fields (mathematics, economics, literature, languages, administration, psychology, chemistry, physics, etc.). We also count among our tutors some teachers; legally qualified or studying to become qualified. They are rigorously selected according to the following criteria established by Rhema Academy:

Specialized academic background in the field taught
Criminal background check relevant to employment
Have experience working with young people either as a volunteer, as a teacher or as a tutor
Become aware of the school reform.
